Her okulun, kendi s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011fretmenler taraf\u0131ndan ya da okullarda posterler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yoluyla program\u0131 ba\u015flatmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. \u00d6\u011fretmenler, All Aboard: \u00c7ocukluk d\u00f6neminde ye\u015fil de\u011fi\u015fim yaratanlardan olu\u015fan bir topluluk yaratmak projesini tan\u0131tarak 8-12 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 mentorluk ba\u015fvurusu yapmaya motive etti ve mentor olman\u0131n neler gerektirdi\u011fini ve her okulun 7 etkinlik\/mini projeyi uygulamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini anlatt\u0131. mentorlar ve akranlar\u0131 (\u0130klim Fark Yaratanlar Sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7iyor).  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentor olmak isteyen \u00e7ocuklardan neden mentor olmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dair davet mektubu yazmalar\u0131 istendi ve \u00f6\u011fretmenler motivasyon mektuplar\u0131na g\u00f6re sekiz mentor se\u00e7ti. Her \u00fc\u00e7 okulda da 24 mentor se\u00e7ildi ve \u00f6\u011fretmenler, mentorlar\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131yla se\u00e7ilecek 7 aktiviteyi\/mini projeyi (\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yaratan sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 eyleme ge\u00e7irme) uygulamadan \u00f6nce mentorlara MAF (Metodolojik Yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00c7er\u00e7evesi) ve Gamebox&#8217;\u0131 tan\u0131tacak. .
