The Project

Creating a community of green changemakers during childhood is a 2-year project fostering synergies in 4 countries (Sweden, Portugal, Greece, Turkey) aiming to develop an innovative approach to shift the focus from raising awareness to taking action in the environment and fighting against climate change with teachers and children from primary education level.

Promoting an innovative and holistic student-centered approach to primary education, All Aboard empowers children as creative leaders, concerned with the sustainability of their planet.

Our Objectives

1. To develop

an innovative approach to shift the focus from raising awareness to taking action in the fight against climate change

2. To equip

teachers with the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to live, act to achieve environmental sustainability and empower children at an early age to address real problems

3. To design, develop, test and implement

practices to foster children’s citizenship participation through a sustainable perspective

4. To make schools

the hubs of education and leadership on the Sustainable Development Goals.
